Multiscale Framework Reveals Shared and Disorder-Specific Brain Connectivity Patterns (IMAGE)
Caption
Resting-state fMRI data were analyzed using heterogeneous matrix factorization to extract shared meta-BOLD signals, enabling identification of common and disorder-specific brain connectivity patterns in autism, ADHD, and schizophrenia and linking them to gene expression, neurotransmitter systems, and mitochondrial features.
