A mouse model for studying postmenopausal depression and osteoporosis at the same time

Researchers used this newly developed animal model to study the effects of total flavonoids from Drynaria fortune (TFDF), a widely known plant extract, on brain and bone health. Their comprehensive analysis revealed that TFDF acted on a shared signaling axis closely related to cellular stress and autophagy.
