Overview of the MuSE‑Promoter framework. The model processes raw DNA sequences through parallel branches (semantic embeddings and handcrafted features), then uses a multi‑scale CNN‑SE‑Transformer backbone and a weighted ensemble of neural network and random forest to produce the final prediction.
