Southwest Research Institute Staff Engineer Dustin Osborne with the Powertrain Engineering Division has been named a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers in recognition of his significant achievements in engineering. Osborne has more than 20 years of experience in locomotive emissions measurement, EPA certification testing and large-bore engine performance evaluation.
