By 2030, what is now called the “Elgeseter Innovation District” is set to become a zero-emissions area—with “an innovation culture of international caliber.” This will be achieved through collaboration between Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Trøndelag County Municipality, and Miljøpakken.
