This study proposes a stepwise assembly strategy to fabricate BaCrO4@B core-shell energetic microspheres utilizing micro-scale multiphase flow. High-sphericity BaCrO4 cores are first generated via continuous droplet ejection, followed by the precise deposition of a B-based shell using pneumatic atomization. Notably, by exploiting a binder-bridging effect, the inherent self-limiting energy barrier of surface coating is successfully broken, enabling quantitative regulation of the shell thickness. This tailored spatial architecture modulates the thermal decomposition process, achieving a stable, interface-controlled combustion mode. This fluidization method offers a scalable platform for customizing functional composite pyrotechnics.
