This figure illustrates the entire process of manufacturing natural functional ingredients into 3D-printable food ink and producing customized medi-foods tailored to a patient's swallowing ability. Through rheology-based scientific texture analysis and stage-by-stage classification, it presents a next-generation meal design technology for patients with dysphagia, including those with intractable cancers.
