Image Caption: The schematic diagram of the CXorf67 protein structure. Through its C-terminal serine-rich domain, CXorf67 binds to and suppresses the enzymatic activity of EZH2 within the PRC2 complex, which is responsible for catalyzing H3K27 di- and tri-methylation and consequent gene silencing.
