Directly synthesized p-type quantum dot inks enable uniform wafer-scale SWIR films

Caption

Films made by the conventional solid-state ligand exchange route and the directly synthesized ink route were compared. The ink-derived films showed more uniform morphology and electrical properties over large areas.
