Effects of multiple factors on diffuse phase transition and relaxor-ferroelectric transition in high-entropy TTB ceramics (IMAGE)
Caption
Schematic illustration of the decoupling of multiple factors affecting diffuse phase transition and relaxor-ferroelectric evolution in K(NaPr)1-x(SrBa)xNb5O15 tetragonal tungsten bronze ceramics. The relaxor-ferroelectric evolution is mainly governed by crystal structure, BO6 local environment, and polar nanoregion dynamics, whereas the diffuse phase transition behavior is primarily associated with the evolution of incommensurate modulated structures.
