The immunotherapy and application prospects of gynecological tumors (IMAGE)
Caption
Multiple immune therapies have shown remarkable achievements in gynecological tumours: immune checkpoint therapy has been widely used in the first-line treatment of gynecological tumors; Adoptive T cell therapies (TILs, CAR-T, TCR-T) have shown good clinical translational potential; Antibody conjugated drugs and multispecific antibodies have excellent anti-tumor effects as novel targeted drugs; The development and application of therapeutic vaccines and oncolytic viruses have shown therapeutic potential in gynecological tumors. The combination of immunotherapy and traditional therapy provides a wider range of application possibilities for personalized treatment in the future.
