Planar and Multilayer-Stacked Bi2Te3/HPMC@paper Flexible Thermoelectric Generators for Wearable Energy Harvesting (IMAGE)
Caption
Bi2Te3/hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC)@paper-based flexible thermoelectric generators (f-TEGs) are constructed in both planar and multilayer stacked architectures, achieving synergistically enhanced flexibility and thermoelectric performance. The Level-III stacked device delivers an ultrahigh device-level Seebeck coefficient (Sdevice) of 11,330.25 μV·K−1 and 617.4 nW output power, enabling efficient multidimensional thermal energy harvesting for wearable electronics.
