The adipose-targeted nanocomposite microneedle patch LRSG-SG@MN integrates nano-lipid droplet-mediated rosiglitazone delivery with sustained semaglutide release to establish an immuno-metabolic cooperative therapeutic circuit. This dual-drug nano-co-delivery strategy simultaneously drives M2 macrophage polarization and potentiates adipocyte browning, achieving durable anti-obesity efficacy in obese mouse models.
