A cellulose nanofiber based transdermal patch (OIF patch) with an octopus-inspired suction cup (OISC) enables adaptive skin adhesion and enhanced active ingredient delivery under dynamic deformation. Fabricated via a simple imprinting process, OIF patch maintains robust adhesion and up to 350% higher delivery depth even under severe bending and diverse skin conditions.
