Bispecific cellular nanovesicles redirect NK cells to eliminate HER2-positive gastric cancer (IMAGE)
Caption
A schematic overview of the αCD16/αHER2 nanovesicle platform. Engineered HEK293 cells produce nanovesicles displaying anti-CD16 and anti-HER2 targeting molecules through mechanical extrusion. These bispecific nanovesicles bridge CD16-positive NK cells with HER2-positive gastric cancer cells, enhancing NK cell recruitment, activation, cytokine secretion, degranulation, and tumor suppression in preclinical models.
