Electromechanical properties and ultrasonic imaging performance of BNKBT-Fe ceramics

Fe doping regulates the piezoelectric and electromechanical coupling properties of BNKBT ceramics. A 10 MHz ultrasonic transducer was fabricated using the optimized BNKBT-Fe(0.01) ceramic, exhibiting good transmit-receive performance and imaging capability, including B-mode imaging of the porcine anterior eye segment and C-mode imaging of a commemorative coin.
