An adjustable chair supports forward-leaning (left) and reclined (right) sitting during a soccer video game experiment. Colored motion-capture overlays show body posture. Forward-leaning sitting encouraged more shots and passes early in play, whereas reclined sitting helped preserve cognitive-task accuracy over three hours of gaming.
