DSE-TAM: Emotion Recognition Through EEG Spatial Relationships and Temporal Dynamics (IMAGE)
Caption
Overall architecture of the DSE-TAM model. (A) Overall framework: Raw EEG signals are first processed by the Dynamic Spatial Embedding (DSE) module to capture spatial relationships among EEG channels and generate spatially informed EEG tokens. The Temporal Feature Extractor then employs Temporal Attention Mamba (TAM) to learn temporal dynamics, followed by the [CLS] classifier for emotion recognition. (B) Spatial Convolution module. (C) Temporal Attention Mamba module.
