Graphical Abstract: Study sample, design and key outcomes. Amyloid PET scans (~500 per FDA-approved radiotracer) representative of the overall IDEAS cohort were selected (1). Each scan was visually read by three nuclear medicine physicians or radiologists highly experienced in amyloid PET imaging, with majority expert reads compared to local clinical reads (2). Overall, expert reads showed high agreement with local reads (3), demonstrating reliable interpretation of amyloid PET in real-world practice.
