Children's physical activity levels are at an all-time low, with only one in five children getting the minimum recommended 1 hour a day of moderate to vigorous physical exercise. However, for the last 10 years a grassroots organisation called 'Playing Out' has been working hard to change this, allowing children across the UK to take back their streets.
