On Jan. 28, 2015, 2:41 to 4:14 UTC, RapidScat saw the nor'easter's strongest winds (red) just off-shore from eastern Cape Cod, sustained between 25 m/s (90 kph/55.9 mph) and 30 meters (108 kph/67.1 mph).
