András Tilcsik is an assistant professor of strategic management at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. His research, which focuses on organizations, occupations, and work, has appeared in the American Journal of Sociology, Administrative Science Quarterly, and the Academy of Management Journal. Various media outlets, including The Economist, The New Yorker, Forbes, and The Washington Post, have covered his research, which has also been cited in testimonies to committees of the United States Congress.
