Video showing the Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) Jason II collecting the largest pumice sample ever recovered from a deep-sea volcano, produced by the 2012 eruption of Havre volcano. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the 10 January 2018, issue of Science Advances, published by AAAS. The paper, by R. Carey at University of Tasmania in Hobart, TAS, Australia, and colleagues was titled, "The largest deep-ocean silicic volcanic eruption of the past century."
