Computed tomography angiography (CTA) showing bilateral intracranial aneurysms of middle cerebral artery bifurcations. Animated image series focus on the right-sided unruptured intracranial aneurysm (see Figure 1), which is 10 mm in its maximum diameter. Unruptured intracranial aneurysms cause very rarely any symptoms.
