This material relates to a paper that appeared in the Sept. 5, 2018, issue of Science Translational Medicine, published by AAAS. The paper, by M. Shigemura at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL; and colleagues was titled, "Hypercapnia increases airway smooth muscle contractility via caspase-7-mediated miR-133a-RhoA signaling."
