John Steiglitz won $3,000 in the 7th annual University of Miami School of Business Entrepreneurship Competition for his business concept to sustainably grow juvenile yellowfin tuna. This High-Potential Growth category was won last year by fellow aquaculture students Ronald Hoenig and Aaron Welch for their unique "goggle-eye" growout concept.
