This shows a stereographic projection centered on the south pole of (A) the color mosaic in Clementine color ratios overlaid on a shaded-relief map and of (B) the color-shaded topographic map. This image relates to a paper that appeared in the May 11, 2012, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The paper, by V. Reddy at Max Planck Institut fur Sonnensystemforschung (Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research) in Katlenburg-Lindau, Germany, and colleagues was titled, "Color and Albedo Heterogeneity of Vesta from Dawn."
