The sprout of an embryoid body stained with activated c-Src kinase, which is localised to cell junctions by adaptor TSAd during sprout elongation. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the July 19, 2016, issue of Science Signaling, published by AAAS. The paper, by E.J. Gordon at Uppsala University in Uppsala, Sweden, and colleagues was titled, "The endothelial adaptor molecule TSAd is required for VEGF-induced angiogenic sprouting through junctional c-Src activation."
