(a/c) Both left- and right-handed CPL are generated by the phase difference between two perpendicular electric dipoles, excited by the impact of the electron beam. (b/d) Left- and right-handed CPL is emitted at different angles because of the interference between electric dipoles and a magnetic dipole.
