The ESO accession agreement with Poland was signed on 28 October 2014 in Warsaw, by Professor Lena Kolarska-Bobioska, the Polish Minister of Science and Higher Education and ESO's Director General Tim de Zeeuw, in the presence of other senior officials from Poland and ESO.
