<p>Top: The device is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. </p> <p>Bottom left: The device filter is designed with slits allowing for deformation with fluid force. </p> <p>Bottom right: As blood flows through the device, the fluid force causes the slits to open, changing the shape of the filter and separating blood cells. </p>
