Determination of circulating tumor cells with FGFR2 expression

Scattered graph of peripheral blood of a GC patient by FACS analysis. Circulating tumor cells with FGFR2 expression were determined by FACScan using 2ml of peripheral blood. A total of 17 CTCs with FGFR2 expression was detected in peripheral blood by FACS.
