This shows a complete piece of Tissint meteorite weighing three grams in the place of recovery, with the exact coordinates of the fall. This image relates to a paper that appeared in the Oct. 11, 2012, issue of Science Express, published by AAAS. The paper, by Hasnaa Chennaoui Aoudjehane at Hassan II University Casablanca in Casablanca, Morocco, and colleagues was titled, “Tissint Martian Meteorite: A Fresh Look at the Interior, Surface and Atmosphere of Mars.”
