As shown in this video, simple animation visualizes the complex data generated by NIST's new tool for simulating future LTE cellular devices for use in emergency situations. As the scenario unfolds, the devices and their network are tested by changing numbers of first responders, movement in and out of the of fire scene, priority communication needs, peril situations and other factors that may affect performance.
