These are pups from iPS-oocyte. Female offspring from oocytes from iPSC-derived PGCLCs were fully fertile. This image relates to a paper that appeared in the Oct. 4, 2012, issue of Science Express, published by AAAS. The paper, by Mitinori Saitou at Kyoto University in Kyoto, Japan, and colleagues was titled, "Offspring from Oocytes Derived from in vitro Primordial Germ Cell-like Cells in Mice."
