We have taken a simple translational approach to improve anti-inflammatory antibodies in animal disease models by conferring collagen binding affinity to the antibodies. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the November 6th, 2019, issue of Science Advances, published by AAAS. The paper, by K. Katsumata at University of Chicago in Chicago, IL, and colleagues was titled, "Targeting inflammatory sites through collagen affinity enhances the therapeutic efficacy of anti-inflammatory antibodies."
