UI researchers loaded nanoparticles with two cancer drugs and injected them into lab mice with type II endometrial cancer. The super-lethal nanoparticles reduced tumor growth and extended survival rates. In this photo, tiny green nanoparticles attack red tumor cells. The violet areas represent tumor cell nuclei.
