Diane O'Brien, associate professor of biology and wildlife, and leader of research project that identified a new tool that can dramatically improve the notoriously inaccurate surveys of what and how much an individuals eats and drinks. O'Brien is a scientist at the Center for Alaska Native Health Research, Institute of Arctic Biology, University of Alaska Fairbanks.
