NOAA's GOES-West satellite captured this infrared image of Tropical Depression 8E in the Eastern Pacific Ocean on July 18, 2017, at 8 a.m. EDT (1200 UTC) when it developed between Hurricane Fernanda to the east, and Tropical Storm Greg to the west.
