Rejuvenation Process into iMSCs

Caption

MSCs from elderly patients were reprogrammed into iPSCs and further differentiated into iMSCs. These iMSCs are endowed with typical MSC features such as making bone, cartilage and fat. The iMSCs acquired a gene signature associated with rejuvenation and secreted factors present in native MSCs, thereby emphasizing their clinical potential.
