Ovaries of PGT inhibitor-treated mice contain numerous unruptured preovulatory follicles replete with entrapped oocytes. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the May 11, 2016, issue of Science Translational Medicine, published by AAAS. The paper, by G.M. Yerushalmi at Tel Aviv University in Tel Aviv, Israel, and colleagues was titled, "The prostaglandin transporter (PGT) as a potential mediator of ovulation."
