Representative maximum-intensity projection from PET/CT scans comparing [55Co]Co-DOTATATE (A-C), [64Cu]Cu-DOTATATE (D-F), and [68Ga]Ga-DOTATATE (G). Arrows indicates tumor in each animal. Decrease in background was observed for [55Co]Co-DOTATATE for late imaging. Higher relative liver uptake with time was observed for [64Cu]Cu-DOTATATE, whereas high bladder uptake was observed for [68Ga]Ga-DOTATATE. All images are scaled to maximum uptake in tumor.
