Along the Oregon Trackway (VIDEO)

Video takes viewers on a journey above and along a mammoth trackway at a remote site in Lake County, Oregon. Evidence for the site was found in 2014 by the UO's Gregory Retallack and excavated in 2017 by a research team. The ancient path contains multiple footprints of Columbian mammoths that once roamed the region about 43,000 years ago.
