The goby (Gobiodon histro) that lives in the coral (Acropora nasuta) approaches the toxic seaweed (Chlorodesmis fastigiata) to remove it. This image relates to a paper that appeared in the Nov. 9, 2012, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The paper, by Danielle Dixson and Mark Hay at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Ga. was titled, "Corals Chemically Cue Mutualistic Fishes to Remove Competing Seaweeds."
