This material relates to a paper that appeared in the Oct. 16, 2019, issue of Science Translational Medicine, published by AAAS. The paper, by N. Vachicouras at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Geneva, Switzerland; and colleagues was titled, "Microstructured thin-film electrode technology enables proof of concept of scalable, soft auditory brainstem implants."
