On Nov. 9 at 10:05 UTC (5:05 a.m. EST), the VIIRS instrument aboard NASA-NOAA's Suomi NPP satellite captured a visible image of an elongated Tropical Cyclone Megh in the Gulf of Aden, Arabian Sea.
