The Role of JunB Unveiled in Regulatory T Cells

OIST scientists have discovered that JunB promotes immunosuppressive functions of effector regulatory T cells in colon and lungs. FOXp3, found by a group so scientists in the US in 2001, is a transcription factor responsible for hereditary immune diseases in humans.
