Looking for Linkers (IMAGE)
Caption
In the solvent-dominated regime, the dots are capped with long oleic acid molecules, which hamper the flow of electricity. After the transition, these are replaced by linker molecules, allowing the dots to conduct electricity efficiently. From left to right is the solvent-dominated regime, the transition regime and the linker-dominated regime.
