Tiziana Casciaro is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and HR Management at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. Her research concerns the social-psychological mechanisms responsible for the formation and evolution of social networks within and between organizations, and their impact on individual and collective performance. Tiziana's work has appeared in academic journals in psychology, sociology, and management, including Administrative Science Quarterly and Academy of Management Journal, as well as in practitioner outlets, such as Harvard Business Review. Tiziana is currently serving as a senior editor of Organization Science.
