Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from inherited erythromelalgia (IEM) subjects and non-IEM donors differentiating into sensory neurons. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the April 20, 2016 issue of Science Translational Medicine, published by AAAS. The paper, by L. Cao at Pfizer Neuroscience and Pain Research Unit in Cambridge, U.K., and colleagues was titled, "Pharmacological reversal of a pain phenotype in iPSC-derived sensory neurons and patients with inherited erythromelalgia."
